It’s countdown time. The Hundred-Foot Journey is officially launched in the US on July 6th, meaning it will be in book stores and available to buy across the nation as of that date. Any Philadelphia-based folk who want to partake in the launch of the book have a couple of options – all free!
First is the debut reading at Barnes & Noble in Rittenhouse Square on July 8th at 6.00pm. On July 10th I will be appearing at the Chestnut Hill Book Festival. The event takes place on Saturday at 4pm at the Stagecrafter Theater on Germantown Ave.
Lastly, for those who want a taste from the comfort of their home, I will be discussing the book on WHYY’s A Chef’s Table, a syndicated food show. The taping takes place on July 1st. Will post the specific air time when I get confirmation from the NPR station’s producer.
